CLX Communications AB (publ): changes in the nomination committee

In accordance with the resolution of the 2015 annual general meeting, a nomination committee shall be appointed comprising representatives of the four largest shareholders as of 31 March 2016, in addition to the chairman of the board.

After 31 March, 2016 Swedbank Robur is one of the four largest shareholders in CLX Communications AB (publ) (CLX) and has thus replaced Första AP-fonden. In accordance with the instructions for the nomination committee, Första AP-Fonden has offered Swedbank Robur to appoint a representative to replace Ossian Ekdahl, currently representing Första AP-fonden. Swedbank Robur has appointed Joachim Spetz as their representative on the Nomination Committee.

Meanwhile, Neqst D1 AB has decided to appoint Björn Fröling as its representative on the nomination committee. Björn Fröling replaces Tobias Edvardsson.

After these changes, the nomination committee comprises the following members:

  • Oscar Werner, representing Cantaloupe AB 

  • Björn Fröling, representing Neqst D1 AB 

  • Anders Ingeström, representing Kjell Arvidsson AB 

  • Joachim Spetz, representing Swedbank Robur 

  • Erik Fröberg, chairman of the board CLX Communications AB (publ)
