Board of Directors
The Sinch Board of Directors is responsible for the organization of the Company and for supervising the management of its business and affairs.
Members of the board are elected annually by the annual general meeting after nomination from the nomination committee. According to the Articles of Association of the Company, the board of directors shall consist of not less than three and not more than ten members with a maximum of five deputy board members.

Erik Fröberg is co-founder of the Nordic investment firm Neqst. He has an extensive international background within the technology sector, encompassing operational, strategic and financial aspects of the industry. Erik has held top management roles within companies such as Capgemini, LHS Group and Digiquany, both in Europe and the United States. In addition, he has acted as special advisor and co-investor to General Atlantic Partners, a leading US-based growth equity firm. Prior to co-founding Neqst, Erik has acted as an independent board member and private investor. He holds an MSc in Engineering Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
Erik Fröberg is independent in relation to the Company, but not in relation to the main shareholders. Erik Fröberg owns 175 000 shares in Sinch (via empowerment assurance).
Board member since 2012. Born in 1961.
Kjell Arvidsson is one of the co-founders of Sinch. He has over 25 years of industry experience including several management positions at Ericsson and telecom operator TeliaSonera in Sweden, Europe and South East Asia. Kjell has held various management positions within marketing, product management and sales in Sweden, the United Kingdom and China. Prior to co-founding Sinch, Kjell co-founded Ericsson IPX in 2002 and successfully developed the company until 2005.
Kjell Arvidsson is not independent in relation to the Company, nor in relation to the main shareholders. Kjell Arvidsson owns 3 778 200 shares in Sinch (including closely related party).

Bridget Cosgrave has executive and board experience in publicly listed, private equity owned, and venture funded start-ups across all communication technologies.
She was founding Chairman and CEO of BICS; also founding shareholder in Every European Digital SP. Z O.O., Ukkoverkot Oy & Blockshipping A/S. Ms. Cosgrave started her career in corporate finance with Banque Indosuez. Ms. Cosgrave is currently Advisor to VISMA Consulting A/S while completing an MSc in Maritime Studies at the World Maritime University in Malmö. Her former NED roles include SES, Euskaltel, Steria, Essilor and Eutelsat. Ms. Cosgrave holds an MBA from London Business School, BA (Hons) from Queen’s University and corporate governance credentials.
Ms. Cosgrave is independent in relation to the Company and the main shareholders.
Board member since 2015. Born in 1957.
Johan Stuart has more than 15 years of experience as CFO of listed and unlisted companies including Tradimus, XCounter, Hi3G Access and Utfors. Johan holds a position as board member of Best Practices Scandinavia, E. Öhman J:or Wealth Management, E. Öhman J:or Capital, Onside TV Production, HD1 Holding and a deputy board member of Affibody (including group companies. In excess of his hands-on experience, Johan has an MSc in Finance and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Johan Stuart is independent in relation to the Company and the main shareholders. Johan Stuart owns 7 000 shares in Sinch (via endowment assurance).
Renée Robinson Strömberg
Board member since 2017. Born 1970.
Renée Robinson Strömberg has more than 20 years of experience in international high-tech industry. At Swedish-based start-ups she has managed worldwide marketing efforts including product strategy, inbound marketing while established thought leadership market positions resulting in successful acquisitions (Drutt – Ericsson and Tail-f – Cisco). Currently, Ms. Strömberg leads the automation development community at Cisco where she joined through the 2014 acquisition of Swedish-based Tail-f Systems.
Ms. Strömberg earned her undergraduate degree from Kalamazoo College in Chinese Studies and Economics. Early in her career she spent several years in China working in business development after finishing a Thomas J. Watson Fellowship. She holds an MBA from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Ms. Strömberg is both an American and Swedish citizen.

Björn Zethraeus is one of the co-founders of Sinch. He has over 25 years of telecom industry experience. He has held several management positions within Ericsson in Sweden and Asia. He co-founded Ericsson IPX in 2002 and successfully developed the company until 2006. Prior to co-founding Sinch, Björn worked as a management consultant and interim manager at various mobile network operators and mobile marketing companies. Björn holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping Institute of Technology.
