Oscar Werner has been CEO of Sinch since September 1, 2018. Oscar has over 10 years’ experience in the mobile messaging industry. He co-founded and was CEO of CoTraveller, a start-up in the wireless industry, in 2000. CoTraveller was sold to Mblox, where Oscar later held positions as VP Sales and VP Products & Marketing based in London, Stockholm and San Francisco. Mblox was later acquired by CLX Communications AB, the predecessor of today’s Sinch.
In addition to his messaging background, Oscar has also spent 4 years in Med Tech and 4 years in Consumers Electronics as President of Tobii Dynavox and President of Tobii Tech. Oscar was also CEO of Getupdated, an Internet marketing company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
Oscar holds a Masters of Business and Administration from Stockholm School of Economics, and has studied the Master of Science Program at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
Odd Bolin received an MSc and a PhD in Plasma Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm before starting to work as a stock market analyst with the investment bank Hagströmer & Qviberg in 1996. In 2003, he co-founded an M&A advisory company, Ceres Corporate Advisors, focusing on technology, telecom and defence companies. In 2009, he became CFO of Cybercom, an IT consulting company listed on Nasdaq Stockolm and in 2011, he took up the position of Managing Director at Cybercom Sweden. In 2013, Odd became CFO of G5 Entertainment, which was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm in 2014. He became CFO of Sinch in 2015.
Anders Olin brings 20+ years of experience from the telecom and IT industry with a background in international business, multi-culture leadership, and business turnarounds. He became a top 200 Ericsson Executive in 2001 as general manager for the AT&T account. In 2004, he was promoted to lead Ericsson’s largest account, the Vodafone Group. He has held board member positions for local companies in Europe, lead the Telenor global account turnaround from 2010, and in 2014, he took over product area responsibility for Telecom Core, the second-largest product area. Anders holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
Johan Rosendahl brings 20 years of experience from the telecom and mobile value-added services industry to Sinch. He has held several senior management positions internationally and in Sweden. Prior to joining Sinch, Johan was a management consultant within the mobile value-added services space. Johan holds an MSc in Business Administration from University of Linköping.
As Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Investor Relations, Thomas Heath works with Sinch’s strategic agenda and key initiatives to drive long-term growth and shareholder value. Thomas also assumes responsibility for investor relations, helping to communicate the company’s strategy and achievements to the financial community and other key stakeholders. Before joining Sinch, Thomas spent 12 years as a top-ranked financial analyst covering Telecoms, Media and Technology. In 2015, he played an active advisory role in securing the IPO of Sinch (then known as CLX) as the company transitioned from private ownership into a listed company. He is a graduate of the University of Oxford and the Stockholm School of Economics.
As VP of Engineering, Jonas Lindeborg has responsibility for Sinch infrastructure and development of our in-house tools, ensuring we can offer customers the very best in products and services.
Jonas has over 25 years of software development and management experience from a range of businesses, from tech start-ups to Fortune 100 global companies. In 2000, Jonas joined Symbian, where he was responsible for the UIQ Technology software development team, growing it from a handful of engineers into a global, 380-person organization delivering the UI and app platform for Sony Ericsson and Motorola smartphones. Jonas joined Mashmobile in Lund, Sweden in 2008 and was part of the team Mblox acquired in 2010. In 2016, Mblox was acquired by Sinch and he became the VP of Engineering. Jonas holds an MBA in Leading Innovation from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Eva Lessing joined Sinch in 2019 as the Chief Human Resources Officer. In her role, she works to unleash the powers within the Sinch team, with the vision to make every employee the best they can be and have a great employee experience. Eva brings 20 years of experience in HR from a range of businesses from Swedish companies like CityMail, JM and Hi3GAccess to Volvo and Snow Software. Prior to joining Sinch, Eva built the HR function at hypergrowth global software company Snow, growing it from 150 to 750 employees.
Björn Zethraeus is one of the co-founders of Sinch. He has over 25 years of telecom industry experience. He has held several management positions within Ericsson in Sweden and Asia. He co-founded Ericsson IPX in 2002 and successfully developed the company until 2006. Prior to co-founding Sinch, Björn worked as a management consultant and interim manager at various mobile network operators and mobile marketing companies. Björn holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping Institute of Technology.
Johan Hedberg is one of the co-founders of Sinch. Previously the CEO of the company between 2012 and 2017, Johan has over 15 years' experience in the mobile messaging industry. Prior to founding Sinch (then known as CLX), Johan was Head of Messaging at Ericsson and in various sales and business development positions at Mblox. Johan co-founded CoTraveller, a start-up in the wireless industry, in 2000 and before that worked as a management consultant. He has a strong track record from working with rapidly growing businesses. Johan holds an MSc in Engineering from the Stockholm Royal Institute of Technology.
Robert Gerstmann is the Chief Evangelist and Co-Founder of Sinch. As a founder of the company, Robert is a true brand ambassador for Sinch, he drives the business growth strategy by providing input and direction to our product and technology roadmaps and by engaging with our customers and partners around the globe.
Robert has an extensive international grounding and over 15 years of experience within mobile enterprise communications. Prior to founding Sinch, Robert has held commercial management positions at Mblox as the director of the global mobile messaging business line and Netgiro/Digital River. Robert holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Linköping Institute of Technology.
